Denver Nuggets snap Lakers 5 – game winning streak



NBA – The Western Conference top seed and best record Denver Nuggets host the visiting LA Lakers for their second meeting of the 2022 – 2023 NBA Regular Season at Ball Arena in Denver Colorado. Lakers beat the Nuggets in their first meeting in LA at Crypto.com Arena.

Prior to the game both teams are coming from wins, the host team Denver Nuggets is currently In 2 – game winning streak, while the visiting La Lakers are in 5 – game winning streak, the second hottest team in the west prior to this game.


Unfortunately for the Los Angeles Lakers their winning streak is in peril after their superstar LeBron James, who had stellar season so far, will be out for this game due to ankle soreness. Meanwhile, Anthony Davis remains out due to injury where he suffered on the first meeting with the Nuggets.

Jamal Murray, led all scorers with 34 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists, 2 – time MVP Nikola Jokic drop a triple double with 14 points, 11 rebounds and 16 assists.

Meanwhile, Lakers guard Russell Westbrook led the Lakers in scoring with 25 points and 7 rebounds and 7 assists in the losing effort. The Lakers next game will be the Dallas Mavericks and the Philadelphia 76ers respectively, tough games for the Lakers to get back again in the winning column.
